Refund Policy
We're happy to accept returns for a refund or store credit. You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to process a return.
Return procedure:
Please contact us via e-mail at magic@taomuse.com and inform us regarding your order number and the reasons why you would like to return the item.
Before every shipment our team scrupulously check each item one by one to assure, they are in perfect condition. That’s why we require photographic evidence and detailed explanation in order to identify if there’s a factory fault on product or if the piece have been mishandled.
Our customer service team will process your return and will be happy to advise you with any further questions you may have.
Please make sure your items are returned new unworn or unused. The item (or items) must be sent together with the jewelry box and all the documents received from Tao Muse. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
We do not accept worn, washed or used clothing.
Items marked as SALE will not be accepted for returns.
The shipping cost of returning item/s to Tao Muse studio for a refund, is not covered by us. We understand that some international postage can be costly, so we do not expect express shipping on returns. We do not offer exchanges but you can message us and explain the problem. It is highly recommended by us to use a tracked method for safe delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will update you via email to notify you of its approval or rejection for refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to the card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.
If you do not receive the funds owed within a week of your refund being processed, please contact us at magic@taomuse.com.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted, the refund of the purchased goods shall not be paid and will be sent back to you.
